Children and Family Ministry is an impartation ministry. What is in our heart flows out to those we minister to.
“Be still and know that I am God” Psalm 46:10
What if the generation we are discipling now learned to live with heart and soul encounters with Christ in everyday life? Imagine the eternal impact in their lives and those around them. Yet, how can we effectively teach them to be still and know God so deeply while in a busy, demanding, and evil world?
A large part of that answer is simple and yet extremely tough – by us living it out in front of them.
What is in our heart flows out to those we minister to, in our words and deeds (Colossians 3:17; Proverbs 4:23). If we desire to be effective ambassadors of God’s message of truth and healing then we must be renewed in Him constantly. God desires for His love to encounter every area of our hearts and souls, He calls for a complete surrender of our lives into His hands. We are to be still and know Him as God, our #1 and our all-in-all … over and over again. In His awesome presence, we are transformed and He exchanges the brokenness, pain, limitations, doubt, worry, fear, and our wounds into His newness of life and for His glory.
This conference will provide a place for you and your team to have a heart and soul encounter with God. The message and layout aim to provide a path to allow His transformation life to take deeper root within you. Our prayer as we walk away from this day is for us all to have a renewed purpose & understanding of the ministry He calls us to. We hope you leave with practical steps to impart His transformational life to your team and the young generations of the church community.
We invite you to come. Be still. Know He is God. And encounter Him whose breath gives you life.
