2018 Bible Reading Plan

Come to know Jesus Christ more in 2018 by spending time with Him daily. This reading plan is designed for you to read about one chapter of the Bible a day. It will take you through books of the Old and New Testaments. Pray before you read and ask God to reveal to you His truth in a way that changes your life. There are no assigned readings for the weekend so that you can use that time to catch-up or to reflect on what you have read. The Bible reading plan is also available for download here.

To get the most out of reading the Bible, consider partnering with others. Here are some ideas on how to maximize your experience and grow in Christ:

  • Form a group with one or two other friends and connect with them on a daily or weekly basis to discuss what you’ve been reading and pray together.
  • Join our Facebook Bible Reading Buddies (BRB) where you can see others from the church posting their thoughts about the daily readings, and you can post your comments as well.
  • Keep a journal and write down any questions you have or insights you are gaining from the reading. Use the daily scriptures as your guide to write prayers and express yourself to God.

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
