What Can I Expect On Sunday Morning?
You are invited to join us for worship! During COVID-19 we are adjusting how we do worship services in accordance with current restrictions. As long as Santa Clara County is in the “purple tier”, we will be offering outdoor worship service (weather permitting) and live-stream online worship service simultaneously every Sunday morning at 10 am. Here is how you can be a part of it:
Here are the details:
Outdoor Worship Service 10 am: Please plan on arriving at the church by 9:45 am to allow time to check-in, have your temperature taken, and be seated. Please wear a face covering, bring your own bible, and stay home if you are feeling ill in any way. Pastor Jordan will be preaching live outside of the church and we will video and broadcast it to those on the live stream. Please bundle up if it is chilly! If the weather is too wet or rainy we will not have outdoor service and it will only be available online. We will make a decision on whether or not we will have outdoor service by 12 pm on Saturday each week. Check out our Facebook page for updates (www.facebook.com/almadenchurch)
Online Worship Service 10 am: We will be live broadcasting our worship service every Sunday at 10 am at www.facebook.com/almadenchurch/live and www.almadenchurch.org. Join in and engage through comments, likes, and sharing! Through our online services, the church has no walls and we are able to reach farther! Be a part of it and worship from home or wherever you are.!
How Often Is Communion Served?
On the first Sunday of every month, we take communion together to remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and unite together. Communion is open to all those who are believers in Jesus Christ (regardless of church or denominational background).
What’s the Best Way to Get to Know the Church?
Sunday morning worship is probably the best entry point and introduction to Almaden Neighborhood Church, but it is just one of the many ways that we connect with each other and with God. Please check out one of the community groups, Bible studies, or service opportunities to engage and grow with us together. To find out more about our church history and what we believe, click here. We would love to meet you! You matter to God, and you matter to us.
