Inside Out (The Gospel of Mark)

Inside Out (The Gospel of Mark)

We’ll be picking back up in our series through the gospel of Mark as we look at Mark chapter 7. In this passage, Jesus tells the Pharisees that it is not outward appearances or religious rituals that transform a person, but that what matters most is the heart. At the start of the new year, it is easy for us to make resolutions that focus on changing our behavior or actions. All of that can be very positive, but it won’t make a lasting impact unless we tend to what is beneath the surface of our lives. Join us this Sunday as we follow Christ’s lead towards a transformation that begins from the “Inside Out.”
