Servant Leadership

God has called us as Christians to be leaders and influencers in this world. The word “church” means “called out” and the word “holy” means “set apart.” So, we are called out to be set apart. However, we have to be careful! Focusing on how “special” we are has caused many Christians to become arrogant and judgmental. We are no better than anyone else. God has revealed His grace to us and lavished His love on us so that we can share that love with others, not so that we can look down our noses at anyone else. Christ didn’t save us so that we could elevate ourselves, but so that we could lower ourselves to serve others, this is the example that He showed us! Christ demonstrated that the greatest leader is the one who is the best servant. The first is last, and the last is first, this is backward in our society, but in the economy of God, it makes sense. We’ll be looking more at how to live a life of “Servant Leadership” as we read Mark 9:14-50. ~Pastor Jordan Wong

Our Building Project

We believe that God has called us to reach out to the people of our community especially the children and the youth. Our plan is to build a new 4,700 square foot Youth and Children’s Building on our existing 4-acre property. The new building will include a youth room, three children’s classrooms, a large fellowship hall, a kitchen and bathrooms. Please pray, give, and help as you are led.
