"Finding Focus. We live in a world that is clamoring for our attention. Technology has sped up our lives and given us incredible access to information and connectivity, but it has also exposed us to endless interruptions and distractions that seem impossible to avoid. For many of us, we go to bed at the end of the day wondering what happened with our time. We didn’t end up accomplishing what we planned to do. We battle the chaos by making commitments to ourselves to be less distracted. We grit our teeth, create plans to be more efficient and adamantly proclaim that we will not give in to distractions ever again. But is this the way we want to live our lives? And does it even work?
Perhaps there is another way.
Instead of trying to avoid distracting thoughts, what if we chose to focus on the things that matter most? What if we allowed our minds to be captivated by something that is meaningful, dynamic and filled with purpose? What if the subject of our thoughts were more interesting to us than our distractions?" ~Pastor Jordan Wong
We believe that God has called us to reach out to the people of our community especially the children and the youth. Our plan is to build a new 4,700 square foot Youth and Children’s Building on our existing 4-acre property. The new building will include a youth room, three children’s classrooms, a large fellowship hall, a kitchen and bathrooms. Please pray, give, and help as you are led.
