John 17:1-12

“What Jesus Prays for.” As we study John 17, we learn by example and also gain insight into Jesus’ relationship with the Father and his disciples. What Jesus is praying for is for God to do a work in him so that he can fulfill his purpose. Just as it was Jesus’ purpose to be lifted up to glorify God, it’s our purpose too. Thanks to Jesus, we can have that same connection with the Father and live our lives for his glory and honor and praise. Let that amazing gift sink deep inside your spirit as we reflect on John 17.
