"The Non-Anxious Life"

We live in an anxious world. We have pressure placed on us to perform and succeed which can cause high amounts of stress. There are events that happen beyond our control which can cause us to live in uncertainty, fear and worry. But praise God, that we don't have to stay there! Moments of anxiety and fear are normal, but Christ leads us into a non-anxious lifestyle where we can find wholeness and freedom in Him. Our thought and emotions are gifts from God but they do not have to rule us. We can learn how to root our identity in Christ and find assurance knowing that He is in control and He is good.

This Sunday, we'll be completing our journey in the book of Philippians with chapter 4 verses 4-13. Join us as we explore what "The Non-Anxious Life" looks like and how we attend to our emotions, thoughts and actions in the presence of Christ.
