El Roi the God who sees me

You are not alone.  Whatever you are going through, God sees you and He is present.  There are times when this knowledge is very comforting.  There are times when this knowledge is unsettling because we don’t want God to truly see us.  No matter how we feel about it, the truth is that God sees us, hears us and loves us. 

 This Sunday, we’ll be looking at one of the names of God, “El Roi”, which means “The God Who Sees Me.”  We’ll learn about the woman who first called God by that name as we explore Genesis 16.
