“Follow Him Again”

How amazing it is that is the God of the Universe is a master of forgiveness! We tend to set expectations on ourselves and on others to get everything right the first time and all the time. However, God in His love and sacrifice made a way so that we can be forgiven even when we mess up terribly. Through the Resurrected Christ we are given a second chance (and a third and a fourth and ....). It's hard for us to fathom the depths of Jesus' forgiveness and the extent to which he extends a new start to those who believe in Him. However, one of the first things that He did when He rose from the grave was to seek out Simon Peter who had personally betray Him and give him an invitation to be restored.
