“Forgive One Another”

Praise the Lord for the great week that we’ve had of Vacation Bible School at ANC! We had incredible volunteers form our church family and community serving kids and sharing with them about the nature of God. At least three children accepted Christ into their hearts and many more heard about the love of Jesus. Thank you for all who served this week! On Sunday, we are hoping that some of the VBS kids will join us and share some of their songs and joy with us during the worship service.

This Sunday’s message is based on Matthew 18:21-35 about “Forgiving One Another”. Forgiveness can be a very difficult topic for many people. It seems unfair to forgive someone of something that they have done against us. It can feel painful and unjust to “let someone off the hook” when they don’t deserve it. This Sunday, we’ll dive into not just Why we forgive one another but How we can forgive in a way that is freeing and life giving. We forgive, just as in Christ God forgave us.
