“The Fracture”

God created us to live in relationship with Him.  In His presence is all goodness, love, justice and beauty.  God gave humanity a choice to stay in that perfect relationship or to explore things that are not of him- evil, selfishness, hatred and more.  From the moment that Adam and Eve first took bites of the fruit, the relationship was fractured and humans have continued to make choices that take us away from God.

 Praise the Lord that He doesn’t leave us there!  He has given us the opportunity of restoration through the death and resurrection of Jesus.  Through Christ the fracture can be healed and we can one day return to the Garden and have full relationship with God.  This Sunday, we’ll be reading Genesis chapter 3 which tells us about the fall of man and introduces our need of a Savior.  Join us as we worship our Creator and celebrate communion with our Redeemer.
