“Complete Love”

This Sunday is the second week of Advent and we will be focusing on Love. We’ll be looking at 1 John 4:7-21 that tells us that “God is Love”. This can be a confusing statement because many of us don’t really understand what love is. Thankfully, the scripture defines love for us by saying “This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.” Christmas is the demonstration and definition of love. God sacrificially gives to us at his own cost. There is no explanation for it than to call it love. We’ll be looking deeper into this as well as what it means for us to make God’s love complete by loving one another!
