“Union”

It's possible to be in a group of people and still be lonely. It's possible to be in a relationship with some and still feel very alone. Proximity doesn't equal connection. We were created to have intimacy in our relationships which means vulnerably seeing others as who they are and allowing ourselves to be seen. This Sunday, we'll be returning to our sermon series through the book of 1 Corinthians as we pick up in chapter 7. We'll be exploring what Paul says about relationships including marriages. While Paul starts by speaking about physical intimacy, we'll explore the deeper roots and the need to be truly connected to one another both in marriage relationships and friendships. For those attending with children or young teenagers, be aware that this passage of scripture talks about sex and you are welcome to have your kids attend the children's program or join you in the service and use it as an opportunity to have them hear a biblical approach to this topic.
