“What You Don’t Have To Do”

This Sunday is Father's Day! At Almaden Neighborhood Church, we'l be celebrating not just dads, but all the men of our community and church family who make positive impacts on our lives. During our service we'll have a special presentation from our children's drama team as well as some other surprises. The message will be from 1 Corinthians 10:1-13 about resisting temptation and walking in the freedom given to us by Christ. We all have sinful desires and it's easy to feel that we have no choice but to indulge them. But God's Word tells us that there is always a choice and that the Lord provides a way out every time. We'll learn how to find that way out and discover the freedom of walking with the Holy Spirit instead of giving in to sin.
