“All of Jesus for All of the World”
If you have given your life to Jesus Christ, then he has redeemed you, saved you and given you access to new life in Him! However, that isn’t the end of your story. You haven’t experienced salvation just so that you can be forgiven and at peace. God has blessed you so that you might bless others. He has entered your life so that you may share Him with the world. You have a purpose and a mission. Many Christians think, “I’m not far enough along in my faith yet. I still have so many struggles and I don’t know the words to say. I’ll leave sharing the Gospel to the pastors and the missionaries.” That mindset misses the point that we are all missionaries- we are all people with a mission. The way that we grow in our faith and become the people that God has called us to be is to join him in fulfilling that mission.
This Sunday is Missions Sunday at ANC! Join us at 10AM outdoors in-person or online as we have a special guest speaker who has been living out God’s calling in West Africa. Jake Tillet has worked in Africa for the past 12 years as a nurse and a church planter. He loves coming alongside people in difficult moments and walking with them toward wellness--physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Working at the Alliance's Hospital for Women and Children, he has served in the operating room, pediatrics, and wound care. Jake will be sharing with us from Matthew 28:16-20 with a message entitled “All of Jesus for All of the World”. There is so much going on around the world right now. Let’s join in as global Christians in prayer and in action as we participate in God’s mission of love and redemption.
