“Born Again”

God loves you and he shows it. This week was Valentine’s Day and our culture found ways to celebrate the feeling and the experience of romantic love. However, true love is more than an emotion. Love is a verb. Love requires intention, sacrifice and movement. This is how God showed love to us: He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. We respond to God’s love not just with words and emotions, but with action. To receive His great love, we give Him our whole lives completely and enter into a new life with Him. This Sunday, we’ll listen in on an incredible conversation between Jesus and a religious man who learns what it means to be “Born Again” in John 3:1-21.
